DEFINITIONS:

Buyer - an adult natural person, legal person or organizational unit without legal personality, purchasing the product from the Seller.

PERSONAL DATA:
1. The administrator of personal data is the Seller.
2. Personal data collected by the Seller for the purpose of order processing or registration of the Buyer: name and surname, address of residence and correspondence, telephone number and e-mail address.
3. Personal data is processed only with the consent of the Buyer and only for the purpose of the contract.
4. The Buyer has the ability to view, correct, update and delete personal data stored by the Seller.
5. The Buyer who has registered in the Store, may modify the given data in the customer panel, available after logging in to the Store.
6. Subscription to the newsletter means that you agree to send commercial information to the email address and telephone number of the Buyer.
7. The Seller may transfer the Buyer's personal data to be processed by third parties for the purpose of delivery and payment.
